		<description>My own favorite eBay story happened a couple of years ago. Everytime we'd eat at Chili's, I'd see this watering can as part of their wall decor. I just LOVED that watering can. Kept trying to figure out ways to snitch it off the wall. 

Finally I had one of those "duh!!" moments, and decided to look for it on eBay ((smacks forehead) "why didn't I think of this before now?!?") 

Well...found one. Exactly what I was looking for. Started bidding against some other guy. I got in at about $20, next day he would've upped me. This went back and forth for the whole week. Finally realizing that enough was enough, for crying out loud, I dropped out at about $75.

The next week, I bought another identical one - same seller - for $14.

The moral of the story is: don't get sucked into the auction frenzy. Somebody will have another one to sell later for less.
