Time flies

Wow, what happened to September? More stuff is coming soon. I’ve just been too busy to get things put on the site lately…

Scripting

I’ve spent the last few days working on a web application to allow administrators to manage users from a web page. This kind of thing is pretty easy using and .

Once the code is stable I’ll put a detailed description on my programming page. Check back in a day or two.

Summer’s gone

Well, the students are back in school. Next week will be pretty crazy as we get everything going. Hopefully things will calm down after that.

Also, I attended the Microsoft TechNet Briefing today. I learned a lot about Exchange 2000 and SQL 2000, and got some cool free stuff. I’ll start posting some Windows 2000 information here soon.

Two new articles

Two new articles have been added to the windows section on Home Directories and Logon Scripts. Now if I can just find some decent looking graphics for the site…

New layout

School’s out

Wow, it’s been almost two months since I last updated this page. That’s sad. Anyway, school’s out for summer now so maybe things will slow down a bit at work. I’ve already taken one week of vacation and I’m anxiously awaiting July 1.

Broadband

I also decided to stop selling computers. I’m going to try to dedicate more of my spare time to studying programming and Unix. If you were planning on buying a computer from me, I’m sorry I won’t be able to help you now. I can still help you with prices and features.

Good Friday

This was the worst “Good Friday” I’ve ever had. I drove 100 miles to take two of my Microsoft Certification tests and when I got there the testing center was closed. I was in a hurry to leave town so we didn’t stop to get cash. We realized that we forgot the ATM card when we got to Dallas. To top it all off I got a speeding ticket for doing 59 in a 40. What a day…
